Leslie Johns and Georgia Bloechl were married on June 24, 1972 in Dubuque, Iowa. They reside in rural Potosi. 
 They celebrated their 40th anniversary with their children in Northern Wisconsin in early June.
 They are the parents of four children:  Jennifer Marie (deceased), Margaret (Todd) Kowalski of Brownsville, Minn., Emily (Henry III) Yach of Wausau, and Jeff (Holly Runde) Johns of Cuba City.
 They have been blessed with eight grandchildren. Will and Cody Kowalski, Henry IV, Abigail, and Gracella Yach and Ryleigh, Levi and Addaley Johns.
