Joe Gradel and Casey Weigel, Platteville, announce the birth of their son, Beau Robert Gradel, at 5:43 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Beau weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long. He joins two sisters, Jaelyn, 5, and Sydney, 2-1/2.
Grandparents are Deb and Harley McWilliams and Mike and Buffy Weigel, all of Platteville, Larry and Beth Ann Gradel, Cottage Grove, and Vicky Rogers, Stevens Point.
Great-grandparents are Doris and Bob Clare, Platteville, and Don and Kay Hale, Beloit.
Beau’s father is a welder and his mother is an RN at Mercy Medical Center.
