Monday, Jan. 9— Sara and Nathan Sturmer of Madison, a son, Dylan Lucas Sturmer, 8 pounds 8 ounces, 18.5 inches long. He joins a brother Nolan (4) and a sister Paityn (2).  Grandparents are Curt and Sandi Mergen and Carole and Bob Sturmer.  Great-grandparents include Herb and Betty Mergen, Anne Wagner and Donald Rumler.
