Amanda Thompson and Jonathon Schumacher of Montfort are the parents of a daughter, Genevieve Kathryn Schumacher, born Feb. 3, 2014 at Upland Hills Health Birthing Unit in Dodgeville. She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.
    Grandparents are Barbara Pluemer of Montfort and the late John Thompson and Gary and Cindy Schumacher of Belmont.
