A son, Orson David Hanson, was born at 4:40 a.m. on November 20, 2018, at The Richland Hospital to Jacob and Brooke Hanson of Richland Center. He weighed 8 lbs. and was 20 1/2 inches long. He joins a brother, Harlan, 5, Killian; and a sister, Maeve, 7, Ellis. Grandparents are Larry and Janet Gorman of Mauston, Steve and Joy Hanson of Mindoro. Great-grandparents are Berniece Jensen of Richland Center, Vivian Hanson of Ettrick, and Lois Winkler of LaCrosse. The father is a general foreman at Zielies Tree Service and the mother is a veterinary technician.
