Friday, Jan. 18—Andrea and Rob Block of Lancaster, a daughter, Jenna Irene Block, 7 pounds, 19.25 inches long, born at 9:54 a.m. at Mercy Hospital, Dubuque, Iowa. She joins an older brother, Jackson. Grandparents are Gean and Pam Critchlow, and Tim and Mary Block. Great-grandmothers are Ruth Critchlow of Bloomington and Margaret O’Rourke of Lancaster.
