Shayne Zutz and Chastity Hoffman of Platteville announce the birth of their daughter, Jillian Rose Zutz, on Friday, Oct. 14 at 4:14 p.m. at Southwest Health Center.
Jillian weighed seven pounds, six ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Brian Hoffman, the late Jill (Cullen) Hoffman, Yvonne Williams, and Grady Williams.
Great-grandmother is Roselynn Cullen.
Great-great-grandmother is Hellen Mellor.
