Tuesday, Feb. 4—Nathan and Tracy Crubel of Dodgeville, a daughter, Juliann Lou Crubel, 7 pounds 8 ounces, 19 inches long, born at Upland Hills Hospital in Dodgeville. She joins two siblings, Leann, 2 and James, 1. Grandparents are Betty and Tom Calvert of Mineral Point and James and Kelly Crubel of Bloomington.
