Jim and Bess Miller of Barneveld are the parents of a daughter, Sabrina Izabelle, born Feb. 9, 2013. At Upland Hills Hospital in Deodgeville. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long. She joins one sister, Elly, 12 years old.
    Grandparents are Haila Miller of Wiota and Dionisio and Fermina Gore of Manila, Philippines.
