On April 10, 2014, Sarah Faith Pulkrabek was born in Dubuque, Iowa, at Finley Hospital. She is the second child of Dr. John and Kimberly Pulkrabek, Platteville. She joins a sister, Anna.
Sarah’s father is a physical therapist and her mother teaches chemistry at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
