Kenneth and Dorothy Drury, rural Potosi, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Karla Kay Drury, to Steven Luke Burgstahler, son of Byron and Elaine Burgstahler, St. Paul, Minn.
The future bride is an Iowa–Grant High School graduate and furthered her education at the Madison Area Technical College with an associate’s degree in applied science-veterinary technician, as well as a degree in massage therapy and bodywork from Capri College in Dubuque. She is employed at U.S. Bank and Amirage Salon and Day Spa as a licensed massage therapist, both in Dubuque.
The future groom graduated from Highland Park Senior High School and continued his education at Minnesota State University–Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts-archeology, anthropology, geography and history. He is currently employed as a manager of Wall Drug Store in South Dakota.
An August 2013 wedding is planned at the Platteville Free Methodist Church in Platteville.
