Eric Olson, son of Kevin and Cathy Olson of Lancaster, and Kate Klapmeier, daughter of Alan Klapmeier  of Cloquet, Minn., and Pat Zenaty of Waucanda, Ill., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Wausau.  Reception will follow at the Stoney Creek Inn.
Eric and Kate will both graduate with bachelor’s degrees from UW-Stevens Point in May. Eric will graduate with a degree in Forest Administration and Utilization with a minor in Business Administration and Kate will graduate with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology.  Eric and Kate enjoy the outdoors and spending time with their three dogs Mario, Gizmo, and Stryker.  Following graduation they plan to pursue their respective careers, Eric a forester and Kate an animal behaviorist.
