Lynn Ann French of Benton and Jeffrey Allen Pollei, of Verona, exchanged wedding vows at the Polynesian Resort Beach, Orlando, Fla., on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012.
The Hawaiian-style beach wedding took place at 1 p.m. officiated by Rev. Kevin Knox. The Disney Fairytale Ceremony featured a violinist, and a view of Cinderella' castle in the background. The bride's eldest daughter, Katelyn Ashinger of Benton, was her mother's maid of honor. Hayley Pollei of Verona, was her father's attendant.
The bride wore a full-length, pleated dress with a beaded sash. Her attendants wore pink, knee-length taffeta dresses. Colorful leis were worn by the entire wedding party. The groom wore a Hawaiian-style white linen suit.
The bride is the daughter of George and Virginia French of Benton. The groom is the son of Mary Pollei of Middleton, and the late Robert Pollei.
The bride has an Elementary Education degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She is a Pre-K teacher at Benton School District. The groom is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He is a utilities engineer for the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The couple resides in Dodgeville, and will be honeymooning in Maui this summer.
