One person was cited for underage drinking, and another was arrested early Saturday morning.

Police were performing bar checks at Schoolgirlz, 55 N. Second St., around 12:35 a.m. when an officer encountered an underage male.

Brandon M. Adams, 17, Dubuque, was cited for two underage alcohol violations.

When the officer asked another man for ID, the man told police he didn’t have one and did not have to show it. After the man pushed an officer, he was arrested.

Samuel Lewis Brown Jr., 25, Chicago, was cited for resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.

•    After a tavern check at Pizzeria Uno Annex, 175 W. Business 151, Friday around 10:45 p.m., police cited Gretchen Mitchell, 20, Platteville; Julianne Rae Dubel, 20, Lancaster; and Paige L. Kohlman, 20, Waunakee, with underage drinking on a licensed premise.

•    Christopher A. Jellings, 22, Trevor, was cited for open intoxicants at Main Street and Chestnut Street Saturday around 11:50 p.m.

•    Taylor John Wagner, 19, Platteville, and Amber M. Chomor, 18, Lake of the Hills, Ill., were cited for underage drinking at Carlisle Street and Chestnut Street Sunday around 12:35 a.m.
