A 20-year-old Watertown man was cited on alcohol and drug charges early June 6.

A Platteville police officer went to 360 E. Lewis St. around 12:40 a.m. after the officer heard noises in the area. The officer discovered two people setting off firecrackers in a house under construction, according to police.

Andrew W. Gimlar was cited for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•    Kristi L. Lee, 20, was cited for underage drinking and underage drinking in a licensed premise May 24. Lee was arrested at Pizzeria Uno Annex, 175 W. Business 151, around 9:55 p.m.

•    Robert Russell Bailey, 54, Platteville, was cited for open intoxicants outside 720 Lutheran St. June 5 around 8:35 p.m. Police were called after a caller said he witnessed a man stumbling past his house and thought someone would check on him.
