UW–Platteville police are investigating a hit-and-run crash in Parking Lot 6 on Hickory Street Dec. 15.

A car received $1,000 damage to its driver’s side rear door and rear quarter panel when it was hit between 8 a.m. and 3:10 p.m.

•    UWP police are looking for a bicycle stolen from in front of Karrmann Library Dec. 4.

The bicycle is a 20-year-old Schwinn Collegiate five-speed, green with white and silver letters, with a blinking LED light at the front. The bike was stolen from the Karrmann bike rack sometime between 7 and 10 p.m.

Anyone with information is asked to call UWP police.

•    UWP police also are investigating the theft of a light blue backpack, valued at $250 including contents, from Williams Fieldhouse Dec. 13 between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.
