A noise complaint became an underage-drinking ticket early April 26.

Police were called to 375 Bayley Ave. around 3:20 a.m. after a call about loud noise and a bonfire.

The officers decided the noise “was not at a level [for] which they deemed a citation was needed.” However, police cited Austin G. Baeten, 19, Platteville, for underage drinking.

•    Molly McCullick, 20, Gays Mills, was ticketed for underage drinking April 7 at 2:40 a.m. According to Platteville police, McCullick requested assistance with a vehicle lockout, but “no entry was gained” because McCullick was drinking.

•    Calvin J. Probst, 19, Wausau, was cited for underage drinking April 7 at 1:15 a.m. UWP police were called to Dobson Hall for a report of an “unauthorized male sleeping in a south wing lounge.” Probst told police he had lost track of his first cousin, a UWP student, and tried to sleep on a couch in Dobson Hall.
