Clad in orange jail garb and shackled at the wrists and ankles, Andrew T. Weeden was led into the Richland County Courtroom last Thursday, during his initial appearance on charges of first degree reckless homicide, battery-bodily harm, and substantial battery, all with repeater enhancements due to previous felony conviction.
