PLATTEVILLE — Take 2 Restaurant hosted many fundraisers this summer for the PHS Scholarship Fund, starting with its Charity Pie Fundraiser on Father’s Day weekend.

Their efforts continued with the Root Beer Float Fundraisers hosted at various Platteville businesses. Food for Music in the Park was provided by Take 2 Restaurant and the Platteville Main Street Program, and the proceeds will benefit the PHS Class of 2013 Scholarship Fund.

Community support for Take 2’s efforts led to more than $1,500 going toward 2013’s graduating seniors.

Members of the Platteville community can do their part with by joining with their graduating class, clubs, friends, co-workers, family and businesses, and by volunteering to help with upcoming or existing fundraisers. Students can do something for their class as well.
