Lyme disease is a deer tick borne bacterial disease; it may be accompanied by other kinds of co-infections, also.

The next meeting of a monthly, informal support group will be Apr. 26 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the meeting room of the Hillsboro Public Library, 819 High Ave., Hillsboro. Family members are welcome, too.

Group members meet to talk, encourage, and share ways of managing the Lyme affliction that has narrowed their lives.
