Everyone had a good time at Senecas Ridge and Valley Rally

A SPECIAL PARADE MOMENT occurred in Senecas Ridge and Valley Rally Parade when longtime Seneca High School Band Director Bob Chambers was invited to march with his school band one more time. Without Chambers knowledge, an alumni band was assembled and marched in the parade. Son-in-law Keith Caspter in the white band directors suit, left, impersonated Chambers. Bob switched hats with Keith, and marched with the band for the last block-and-a-half.

As always, the Ridge and Valley Rally 2017 was a fine, family friendly festival. Offering tried and true favorites, the event was also graced by near-perfect summer weather.
