Authorities at the troubled VA Medical Center in Tomah are investigating another report of misconduct.

Acting director Victoria Brahm has emailed employees reminding them about the VA’s sexual harassment policies after a hospital employee reported being the victim of inappropriate contact by another worker. The La Crosse Tribune reports Brahm told employees that reassignments have been made.

Last week, a mental health worker was charged with sexual exploitation by a therapist. He is accused of sexually harassing two female patients and exposing himself.

The facility has been under scrutiny following reports that physicians were prescribing more painkillers than most VA hospitals, and that employees who spoke out were subjected to intimidation.
