Old Iron Revival Tractor Pull Results

JIM WEDEBERG has been one of the forces behind the Old Iron Tractor Reviv-al tractor pull, part of Gays Mills Spring Festival, for many years.

GAYS MILLS - The seventh annual Old Iron Revival Antique Tractor Pull was held on Saturday, May 12, in Gays Mills as a part of the Gays Mills Spring Festival. There were a total of 63 hooks from 31 participating tractors. Top finishers for each class were as follows:

Antique Classes (3 mph)

1. 3,600 pounds: First: Mark Saegrove, AC WC; Second: Jim Wedeberg, AC WD; Gary Butler, AC WC.

2. 4,100 pounds: First: Frank Grimesy, AC WC; Second: Wendell Showen, Farmall H; Third: Jim Wedeberg, AC WD.

3. 4,600 pounds: First: Chad Crook, Oliver 770; Second: Mike Butler, AC WD; Third: Brad Bohland, Oliver 88.

4. 5,100 pounds: First: Frank Grimesy, AC WC; Second: Chad Crook, Oliver 770; Third: Andrew Quackenbush, Farmall M.

5. 5,600 pounds: First: Ron Butler, MM UB; Second: Andrew Quackenbush, Farmall M; Third: Gary Morovits, Farmall M.

Thanks also to those who helped with clean-up, the pullers who participated, especially those who contributed their paybacks to the benefit, and the fans who came out to watch the event. Proceeds from the event were donated to the family of Rena Yahn to help with medical bills.
