The DUWI board of directors has kicked off the 44th fund drive. The DUWI fund will provide grants to various Darlington community organizations.
    The board of directors—Jill Ringen, Theresa Monson, Tom Daly, Angela Innerst, Tina Riechers and Vicki Whitford—has the progress sign along the Main Street in Darlington to mark the annual donations with a goal of $10,000 this year.
    Tax deductible contributions can be dropped off at Town Bank, First National Bank and FirstMerit Bank or mailed to DUWI, PO Box 88, Darlington, WI, 53530.
