Seven people, including three children, were injured in this crash on U.S. 151 south of Mineral Point Monday around 7:05 a.m. The SUV was driven by Tiana Stewart of Rockford, with one adult passenger, Charquette Rhodes, address unknown, and children aged 3, 6, 7, 9 and 10, who were not in safety seats, according to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office. Children were trying to sleep and because they were not in seats were ejected from the vehicle, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Three of the children were taken to UW Hospital in Madison by Mineral Point EMS and Dodgeville EMS.
