Alice M. Dax, 88, Muscoda died on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Richland Hospital, Richland Center.

She was born on July 7, 1926 in Iowa County, the daughter of John and Kathryn (Schwingle) Seifert.

Mass of Christian burial was Thursday, April 23, 2015, 11 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Muscoda.  Fr. Peter Auer officiated.  Burial was at the Avoca Cemetery.

The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, is serving the family.
