Alice Marie Gilman, 86, of Ferryville passed away peacefully with family at her side, at St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation Center in La Crosse on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. She was born on June 2, 1926 in the township of Freeman to Karl and Annie (Olson) Knutson. On March 20, 1943 she was united in marriage to her beloved husband of 38 years, Clarence Hiam. On April 20, 1985 she married Cleo Gilman.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the Utica Lutheran Church. The Pastor Ted Dewald officiated with burial in the church cemetery. Friends called from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home in Viroqua.

The Vosseteig Funeral Homes of Gays  Mills and Viroqua are serving the family.
