MOUNT HOPE, WI – Alicia C. Rutkowski, age 77 of Mount Hope, WI, passed away Monday, April 20, 2020 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. She was born November 24, 1942 the daughter of Albert and Bernice (Friedericks) Harmeyer. Alicia graduated from Oak Creek High School, Oak Creek, WI. On June 1, 1961, Alicia was united into marriage to John E. Rutkowski at St. James Catholic Church in Franklin, WI.
