Allan R. “Al” Mau, 61 of South Wayne, died on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family. Al was born on Feb. 27, 1951, in Monroe, the son of Milton and Avis (Berget) Mau. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at 11 a.m., at the Wiota Lutheran Church with The Reverend Luke S. Smetters officiating. Interment will follow in West Wiota Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Wiota Lutheran Church on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Memorials may be given in Al’s name to Monroe Clinic Hospice/palliative care.
