Amy Darlene Whiteaker, 76, of Muscoda died on Monday, September 8, 2025 at Pine Valley Community Village.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in the Coleman Whiteaker Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
