LANCASTER—Andrew I. “Chuck” Yoose, age 71, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa. 

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Dec. 19, at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating.
