Anita Rose (Kenneally) Cowie, Prairie du Chien, formerly of Elkader, Iowa, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, at the Guttenberg Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elkader and burial followed at the church cemetery.
