Carl Otinius Peterson, 89, Fennimore, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Emplify Health in Boscobel.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore with burial to follow in the Prairie Cemetery with the Fireman’s Last Call Honors. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday. Memorials given in honor of Carl Peterson will be distributed throughout the area to various charities and organizations that were dear to Carl and his family. The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family.
