Charles “Chuck” Elmer Jentz, 86, of Platteville, died Sunday, April 7.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 20 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. The visitation will be from 11 a.m. on Saturday until the time of service. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.melbyfh.com.
