WISCONSIN RAPIDS—Colleen M. Anderson, age 66, of Wisconsin Rapids, formerly of Patch Grove, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016, at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 21, at 2:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Bloomington.
