LANCASTER—Dale L. Phelps, age 92, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, Aug. 31, 2015, following a brief illness, at Atrium Post Acute Care in Lancaster. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 3, at 2 p.m. at Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster. Burial will be in Gockel Cemetery, Glen Haven Township.
