Donna McCormick, 79, Menasha, formerly of Madison, died on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 6, at 11 a.m. at St. Philips Catholic Church at Rolling Ground. Father Zachary Beya will officiate and burial will be in the St. Philips Cemetery.  Friends may call at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until time of services. 

The Sime Funeral Home of Readstown is serving the family.
