Edna Jannette “Jan” Johnson, age 76, of Union Grove passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 at Burlington Aurora Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 24, 1937 to Frank and Gertrude (nee McKillip) Gross in Darlington.

A Time of Remembrance will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home.  Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 20 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., and again on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow on Friday, at 11:00 a.m. at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery.
