Edward W. Nowak, 85, Muscoda, died on Dec. 22, 2015 at the Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics.

A mass was celebrated on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015 at St. John’s Nepomuc Church at Castle Rock Ridge.

The Kendall Funeral Home of Boscobel assisted the family with arrangements.
