Elaine Cecelia “Virg” Kinney, 87, Blue River, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the Richland Center Hospital surrounded by family and friends after a short illness.  

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel.  Monsignor Roger Scheckel officiated and burial was in the St. Philip’s Catholic Cemetery in Rolling Ground. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Blue River Fire Department & Rescue, Riverdale Education Foundation or the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
