Elizabeth “Anne” Welsh, 75, of Boscobel, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Boscobel Care and Rehab following a brief illness.

The memorial service for Anne will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the Kendall Funeral Service, 209 Mary Street, Boscobel with Rev. Christopher Padilla officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the time of the service. She will be laid to rest at St. Philip Cemetery in Rolling Ground.
