TABY, SWEDEN—Erik Thermaenius was born in Örebro, Sweden on March 30, 1950 and passed away on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014 near his home of Taby, Sweden, a northern suburb of Stockholm at the age of 64.

A funeral in Erik’s memory is planned for 2 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2014 near his home in Taby, Sweden.
