Foster J. Duncan, 77, of Marshall, Ill., formerly of Platteville, passed away 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the Casey Health Care Center at Casey, Ill.  Service in honor of his life will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Platteville.  Friends may call from 2 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
