Helen D. Engels, age 82 of Shullsburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Tivoli at Divine Savior Healthcare in Portage. She was born Nov. 14, 1932, in Shullsburg, the daughter of Elmer and Mary (O’Neil) Curran.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church (344 North Judgement Street, Shullsburg) with Fr. Joji Reddy officiating. Burial was held St. Matthew’s Cemetery in rural Shullsburg. A visitation was held Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 9:00 a.m.  until the time of service at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church where a  Rosary was prayed at 8:45 a.m.
