BLOOMINGTON—Jack F. Foster, age 79, of Bloomington formerly of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2016, at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster. 

    A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, Aug. 29, at 11 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Rev. John Sasse officiating. Burial with military honors accorded by the Richard Burns American Legion Post No. 109, the William Pollock VFW Post No. 2344 and the DAV was in St. Clement Cemetery, Lancaster.
