BLOOMINGTON—James A. “Jim” Wagner, age 70 of 523 2nd Street, Bloomington, died Friday, July 25, 2014 at Grant Regional Health Center, in Lancaster surrounded by his family.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Fr. John Meinholz officiating. Burial was in Blakes Prairie Cemetery.
