Janet “Jan” S. Schmieder, 64, of Bloomington, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 1 at her home in Bloomington.

Memorial services were held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington. Rev. David Flanagan officiated. Visitation was from 4 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Janet S. Schmieder Memorial Fund has been established.
