Janie Rae Spencer, age 78, of rural Yuba, passed away peacefully at Pine Valley Community Village Saturday, November 5, 2022. 

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with a luncheon to follow at the Pratt Community Hall. Visitation will be held at the Pratt Memorial Chapel on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM.
