John A. Hoffman, 74, Potosi, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 17 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

Funeral services wwere held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23 at Martin Funeral Home in Potosi. Pastor Gordon Cunningham officiated. Burial with military honors accorded by American Legion Post No. 473 and Berg Averkamp VFW Post No. 5272, was at the Van Buren Cemetery in Potosi. Visitation was on Monday, Aug. 22 from 4–8 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home and on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
