John William Merwin, 83, of Livingston, danced his way out of this life on March 31 to be with his daughter, Shelly, and grandson, Tanner Man.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 6 at the Livingston United Methodist Church in Livingston, with burial to follow in the Rock Church Cemetery in rural Livingston. Visitation will be held from 4–7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort and from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Thursday morning.
